  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged, includes all original components, and is in its original condition. We STRONGLY Recommend keeping the original scooter box for return purposes.
  4. Send the item back using the instructions provided.

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
